• Matte paper, lightly textured cardstock. Weight: 200 gms.

• Fade-resistant pigment inks.

• I use different packaging depending on the size of the poster. Our standard packaging is flat (for posters up to 8x10) or a mailing tube (for posters above 8x10).

• Because every monitor and cell phone is calibrated differently, color of the art print may vary from the color you see on the screen.

• Frames are not included but all our posters dimensions meet standard frame size.

• I have given all my prints a generous white border to allow for slight dings or creases that may occur in the shipping process (border width according to paper size). Most frames have a lip that will cover any imperfections within our prints' borders.

I do hope that you love your poster as much as I loved making it for you! However, if you decide that you would like to return your order, I do give full refunds for returns in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If there is a flaw that has somehow slipped by us, or any damage in transit, please take a photo and email it to me, and I will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
