I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
To proceed with the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at filmfreakprint@gmail.com or just fill this form. 
 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at lemonandcello@gmail.com or use the withdrawal form before the 14-day period expires. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom, personalized, or digital orders, as these are exempt under EU consumer law.

The following items can't be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Conformity of Goods

If you are an EU customer and your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you have rights under EU law regarding the conformity of goods. Please contact me immediately so we can make it right.

Damages and issues
Please contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Refund
We will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. Then, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
