Amélie minimalist movie poster (2001). Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain was directed by French director Jean-Pierre Jeunet and the Parisian heroin is played by Audrey Tautou.
While others see this character as innocent and naive, I see the story of Amélie as a fable of a strong girl in a quest to free herself from isolation, help others and make her mark on the world.
